Returns policy
Each piece is created and handled with care. Due to the nature of art and made-to-order prints, we follow a limited return policy.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, a clear, unedited video of the package being opened from start to finish is required as proof. The video must show the sealed package and the condition of the product upon opening.
Please note:
Photos will not be accepted as proof.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.
If valid proof is provided, the issue will be reviewed and a suitable resolution will be offered.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
